Annual Blood Test Results

Hi, I attach my new blood tests. I went gluten free in Feb 2017 which brought my immunology down from very high to under range.

For 2 months before this last blood test I ate some gluten in my diet but was surprised to see the immunology did not start to go back up again. Although CRP & Ferritin have increased which I believe can also be a sign of inflammation?

I did notice signs of joint pain, bloatedness & tiredness, so will be continuing gluten free diet again. I am on NDT as Levo did not agree with me

Do you think that would be the main cause for the ferritin going up?

I will be grateful for any comments please.

Your vitamin D and folate are too low

Are you supplementing vitamin D and good quality daily vitamin B complex

No I’m not supplemented at all, perhaps I should start on the Vit D again

All four vitamins need to be optimal

That frequently means supplementing virtually continuously

I will start back on Vit D & B complex all the time. Do I need to supplement Vit B12 as well?

Many thanks
