Am assuming you mean a stool sample ? I sent one off to The British Gut project and onwards to the US for research linked to bacteria creating the micro-biome. I didn't learn a great deal but then I didn't persue it all in depth as I was too busy. My microbiome matched the Eastern Med where I lived - and probably why I am currently struggling with UK bugs ...😥
