Patient access scam?

Has anyone else had an email from Patient access asking them to complete their registration when they KNOW they haven't registered? The person in question is not registered with a UK GP. Patient access had no explanation and just asked if the person wanted to be removed. Will be reporting them under GDPR. Perhaps it's a way to get backdoor access to medical records in order to sell them. But I'm a very suspicious person.

Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
