I have started taking metavive I've always found with my levo it was easier for me at night so I can eat and drink and digest it better so my question is can I take this at night or is is definitely better at morning I really like my cup of tea early on so waiting to have that is not an option in a morning either

Take it when it suits you but treat Metavive the same as you would Levo, so follow all the same advice on how/when to take it.
