I am on NDT 4 grains a day and just had a weird spaced out feeling lasting a second, worried what it could be.
Why a B100? They're not well balanced.
Is it H&B brand?
Yes. I used to take them and felt much better. Been off them for a year now and getting nerve pains, aches, feeling tired. My ferritin level was 50 two years ago.
You would be better off testing Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin to see what your current levels are and supplement what is needed.
If your Ferritin is still that low it may be causing your fatigue. Muscle aches and pains can be low Vit D. Nerve pain could be low B12.
A B100 is not well balanced and you'd be better of buying a good quality, bioavailable B Complex rather than your current one which contains cyanocobalamin rather than the recommended form of methylcobalamin, folic acid rather than the recommended methylfolate, plus a rather worrying 100mcg B6 whereas the recommended amount is 10mcg daily.
I you have mutations in MTHFR, COMT or VDR then you might be an overmethylator.... and therefore are not well with the methylated variant of Cobalamin and Folate. Read this page stopthethyroidmadness.com/m... for more information on the subject.
Usually, spaced out feeling is a symptom of anxiety. It would be good to investigate the cause.
