I feel like my symptoms have got worse over the last few weeks ... crippling Fatigue, off the chart brain fog, aching muscles, slow eye focusing, whipping noises n my ears and so on, yesterday I woke up feeling like I had been in the ring with Mike Tyson for 12 rounds!! Also the soles of my feet felt like they had been beaten, painful and tender (Hadn’t done any excessive walking, exercise etc).
I take 75mcg’s Liothyronine in the mornings .. I’m now going to add 25mcg’s more but split the dose between morning and evening. I haven’t had a blood test in a while but to be honest I’d rather go to B&Q and get the plumbing isle trainee to give me one blindfolded rather than the nhs if I’m perfectly honest ...,So will be contacting blue horizons to get some advice on what one to get. Did a thyroid + 12 with them a while ago and got some mad results ... Took them to the endo who completely and utterly ignored them and sent me on my way ... Would have got better service if I force fed them to him (Which I highly regret not doing!! 😡😡) ...
Just feel like utter crap everyday! Doing my but in!!!

Neither did I. I gained weight and got slower and more exhausted. My temp. HR and BP remained normal. But I felt dreadful and once I had lowered it I felt much better. Eventually I stopped it. I never had signs of over stimulation other than the symptoms of worsening hypo.
25mcg of T3 is the equivalence of 100mcg of levothyroxine.
If increasing dose it should be adjusted (up/down) by 1/4 tablet - every 2 weeks when starting always taking note if symptoms are being improved. At present you're taking the equivalence of of 300mcg of levothyroxine so maybe reduce down to see if it helps.
I, myself, am fine on 25mcg of T3 alone but we're all different.

Doesn't matter how you split it, increasing by 25 mcg T3 in one go is a very bad idea. You should only increase by 6.25 mcg at a time - especially when your dose has got as high as yours.
Not that I'm criticising your dose, far from it. I take 75 mcg in one go in the morning, and that's what I need. But, if I felt the need for an increase, it certainly wouldn't be 25 mcg.
You need to take it slowly, because it's so easy to miss your sweet-spot.
So sorry you're feeling so bad. I thought your absence from the forum meant that you were doing OK.
It couldn't be a problem with the actual T3 could it? A bad batch? Have you changed brand? (Clutching at straws here).
Could it be a bug, or something doing the rounds? I've had weeks of feeling unwell, lots of visits to GP for emergency appointments, lots of blood tests repeated every visit and nothing comes back abnormal so - of course - there's nothing wrong with me and I'm sent on my way each time.
Don't bother with the Thyroid Plus Twelve, the reverse T3 test is a waste of time. You could go for the Plus Eleven or the Medichecks Thyroid Check ULTRAVIT.
I have contacted BH to see what test is appropriate ... but yes finding out HMTO’s anti bodies and RT3 levels doesn’t really help me as I’ll still take the same medication.
These symptoms have been creeping up ... My T3 dose might sound a lot but as said above I don’t get the symptoms of over dosing at all like excessive weight loss, tremors, feeling jittery etc, actually quite the opposite, find it near on impossible to loose weight, my brain fog is ridiculous! Whipping noises in my ears, leg muscles feel like I have done the mountain section of Tour de France half way up the stairs, sore and tender soles of my feet, sound like I’m doing a Barry White impression when I speak and so on!!
