Doesn't matter how high or low your antibodies are. Once they've gone over-range one time, it means you have Hashi's, and that doesn't change. Antibodies fluctuate all the time, :)

My thyroid antibodies were off the scale when I was first tested.

Since learning a lot from Dr Isabella Wentz books and documentary series and other natural health experts I have succeeded in reducing mine to 41.

This is with a gluten and dairy free diet, removing toxins EG deodorant, laundry, cosmetics, cleaning products, body products, perfumes, plastics.

I have reduced my dose of thyroid meds and am very gradually reducing to hopefully not taking any.

Thats wonderful Chippysue. So pleased your big efforts are paying off. What dose were you to start with. I’m trying all this too after going from diagnosed Subliminal to being told Thyroid dead three months later. Just wondering if theres any hope of reducing these awful meds. On 150mcg x

How have they found that your thyroid is dead? Have you had a thyroid scan?
