Doctors Appointment Today

Hello All,

I have a doctors appointment today with my new PC. What tests should I request from her? I know I need to get my TSH, FT3, FT4, and antibodies done, but what about other things like Vitamin D, Folic acid, etc.? I just want to make sure I request for everything to be tested so that I can pinpoint what I need.
