Free T3 is 4.0 and top range is 4.4Free T4 is 1.82 and top range is 1.77
Reverse T3 is 25 down from 40 top range is 24
TPO is 15(0-35)
Does this say I have Hashimoto’s and don’t convert from T4 to T3 well? Hormone doc gave me Cytomel. I’m on Testosterone shots and vitamin D3 7,000 IU’s daily liquid drops.
Ferritin was 108 in Feb
Folate was 699
Thanks! Any help appreciated!

Your TPO result of 15 with a range of 0-35 is a negative result so doesn't indicate Hashi's, but one negative result doesn't rule it out completely, and some people can have Hashi's without raised antibodies.
With FT4 of 1.82 (top of range 1.77) and FT3 of 4 (top of range 4.4) doesn't necessarily show poor conversion of T4 to T3. However, if you give the proper full ranges rather than just the upper limit then we can work out what percentage through the range your results are.
We always need reference ranges with results as they vary from lab to lab.
Were you on any thyroid meds at the time of this test, if so what?
Your February ferritin and folate results are immaterial now, they can change. You need current results.
As you are taking D3, are you also taking D3's important cofactors - magnesium and Vit K2-MK7?
