Thyroid and vitamin testing

Hi I've got the above testing on Thursday at 9.10 am. I stopped taking my self-prescribed vitamins a couple of days ago and will not restart them until after the tests.

Also, I normally take my Levothyroxine at about 11.00 am daily (that's just a good time that seems to work for me). Should I miss Wednesday's Levothyroxine and take it after the blood test on Thursday? And then what happens about Thursday's dose, when should I take that? Thanks.

We should take last dose of Levo 24 hours before the test.

Take Wednesday's Levo as normal at 11am.

Do test on Thursday at 9.10am. That is almost 22 hours since last dose of Levo so just about perfect.

Take Thursdays dose as normal at 11am.

No food until after the test, drink water only before the test, no tea, coffee, etc.
