I have my blood test at the hospital (every 6 months) in the next few weeks. My last results came back with over range T3 but a later private test came back in range.
I put it down to taking B Complex so this time I am going to make sure I stop taking it 7 days prior to the blood withdrawal.
My question is, can I still take my Jarrows B12 tablet under the tongue? I’m also on iron tablets so do I need to stop them as they are also testing my ferritin.
Thanks

It's only biotin in B vitamins that affects test results. make sure you leave 8-12 hours after taking T3 and 24 hours after taking T4 before bloods (and test in the morning)
You leave iron supplements off for 7 days before an iron test, also no liver, liver pate or black pudding and other high iron foods in the 7 days before an iron test.
