Yes it is fine. I take mine between 4am and 6am and then between 4pm and 5pm as I split my levo dose. The reason we take medication away from coffee, food etc is that they can affect the absorption of the levo. I wouldn't eat, drink etc close to levo every day but on an odd occasion we can probably tolerate it.

It's not critical that it's taken at exactly the same time. Levo is a storage hormone and is not quick acting so as long as you take it every day then it's fine if the time is not exactly the same.
I take mine when I get up during the early hours of the morning for a bathroom trip. This can be anywhere between about 3-4am and 6am. Just make sure that you take it on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with a glass of water and with water only for one hour each side. Also take it 2 hours away from other medication and any supplements (some need 4 hours).
You can take it at bedtime....if you find it more convenient.....needs to be 2 hours after food or drink

All medication at least two hours away from Levo. Some like HRT, PPI's, magnesium, iron or vitamin D, at least four hours away
Many people find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable.
Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription.
Watch out for brand change when dose is increased or at repeat prescription.
Many patients do NOT get on well with Teva brand of Levothyroxine. Though it is the only one for lactose intolerant patients. Teva is the only brand that makes 75mcg tablet.
You can always take your dose when you go to bed, as long as you've not eaten for three hours previously. Miss this dose if having a blood test next a.m. and take afterwards and night dose as usual.
