As your results show you are currently under medicated you would be best to take it

Get yourself a weekly pill dispenser then you won't have this problem.

the new NICE guidelines published this week might help you get dose increase in Levothyroxine

weigh yourself in kilo x 1.6mcg this is the approx dose you will need increase Slow increase in Levothyroxine up to

Eg 9stone = 57kg x 1.6 = 91mcg

10 stone = 63kg x 1.6 = 100mcg

We often need more than this.....but it's a start

Suggest you print out relevant page and take it in

nice.org.uk/guidance/ng145/...

Consider starting levothyroxine at a dosage of 1.6 micrograms per kilogram of body weight per day (rounded to the nearest 25 micrograms) for adults under 65 with primary hypothyroidism and no history of cardiovascular disease.

Levothyroxine starting dose

Some evidence showed that a high starting dose of levothyroxine produced more rapid improvements in quality of life than a lower starting dose followed by titration. The committee agreed that this was also their experience and therefore recommended a high starting dose (1.6 micrograms per kilogram body weight per day) in adults unless contraindicated (adults over 65 or with a history of cardiovascular disease).

I pop my tablets in a container before I go to sleep so if they're still there in the morning I know I've not taken them. I prefer not to take them out of the blister pack until necessary because levothyroxine is affected by moisture and heat.

Glad to see the change in dosing guidelines ( have i understood that correctly?, that under 65s can be dosed by weigh, even if not previously had Graves?)

the downer would be weighing myself...
