Thoughts on Wilson temp syndrome

Hi

It's a few months since last Post. Have been following advice. Have B12 injections and also take B12 complex, D3 with K2 in, folic acid and have now built up to 3 grains NDT. Still get lots of fatigue, bloating and water retention. Took temp recently and it was 35.9 this AM it was 35.5 also pule still slow 45 last nite and 42 this AM. Any thoughts
