Sudden increase in TSH! Help understanding my results after miscarriage

I have recently had an early miscarriage (6-7 weeks) after conceiving with Hashimotos. My levothyroxine was increased to 100mcg and bloods had been monitored every 2 weeks. I had two sets of bloods from the GP where my TSH was under 2.0. After my miscarriage, I decided to check my bloods with Medichecks and this is how they have come back. What could be the reason for a sudden increase in TSH? Could this be the reason for my miscarriage? What should I do next?

TSH

6.6 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)

Free T3

3.68 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)

Free Thyroxine

15.800 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22)

Autoimmunity

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies - 308 kIU/L (Range: < 34)

Sorry you didn't get any replies and very sorry for your loss

Important to test again in say 6 weeks. Vitamins will need testing as well, especially ferritin, B12 and folate

Getting levels stable before considering trying again

Come back with new post once you get next set of results
