Thyroid & early pregnancy loss

After 3 very early pregnancy losses I have been diagnosed as hypothyroid (TSH 4.03 and T4 15.6). I’m now being treated.

Before I knew this we were TTC and every cycle I seem to conceive, implant then lose the pregnancy. I’ve confirmed this with positive tests and, which is my main question, a bleed at around 8/9dpo.

I didn’t have intermenstrual bleeding at any stage prior to TTC.

Now that we know we’ll get my levels to the optimal range and try again but for this cycle I’m having a random bleed again at 9dpo (I was diagnosed and started medication on ovulation day so we had already tried this cycle).

Is this another early loss? We stopped TTC as soon as we found out about the hypothyroidism but, as I thought, too late for this cycle.

Being hypothyroid can interfere with pregnancy and I'm sorry you miscarried.
