The good news - and as an update to my post a few weeks ago, I was (eventually) informed that Endocrinology want to see me and I have an appt booked for 26 November. I upped my dose to 150mcg on or around 7 August and changed to taking it at night.
Not so good - I now feel dreadful again. As it’s not that long since I did a Medichecks UltraVit I just did a monitor of FT3, FT4 & TSH. This shows that the levels have deteriorated, so I’m feeling a little confused (as well as rubbish).
The tests were taken as per the usual advice here. The only difference to previous tests is that it was about 36 hours (rather than 24) since the previous dose of T4, due to now taking in the evening.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.

Well, obviously you have a lower FT4 because you left 36 hours between the last dose of levo and the blood draw. That might account for the difference in the FT3 or it might not. But, it's not likely to have any effect on the TSH.
However, you do have Hashi's, so that does cause results and symptoms to jump around a bit. I think you need another increase in dose. But, you seem to be converting well because your FT3 is higher in range than the FT4.
Thank you, that does make sense. I had thought that the change in time of taking T4 would make some difference, but I supposed I was a bit surprised at (potentially) how much. I have increased my dose to 175mcg and hope I feel the benefits soon.
