Again this is something that varies between individuals. Can't say I noticed how soon I felt unbloated and in good gut health. Hope you feel an improvement soon.

Depends whether or not the gluten was causing you a problem. I tried gluten-free and didn't feel any better. Started eating it again, and never felt any worse. It's one of those things that is impossible to quantify.

This is one of those piece of string questions because there are so many variables- whether or not you had a specific need to exclude gluten in the first place (not everyone does and not everyone benefits); whether you have a gluten intolerance or 'just' a sensitivity; how long you've had the problem and therefore to what degree might it have affected you; what problems it has caused; what other health condition or combination of conditions you have that affect your health in totality and your ability to recover in general, and so on.
