My favourites are Naturally Sassy naturallysassy.co.uk/meet-s... and she's also published a good cookery book, and Hemsley & Hemsley hemsleyandhemsley.com/about... who have published two books, one full of gourmet recipes, the other with quicker everyday food. Both websites include recipes and each of these authors has suffered ill health and got themselves better with gluten free, dairy free and ultra healthy food, some of it sounds slightly odd but all is workable and everything I've made has tasted really good.

Try going online. I use the BBC gluten free recipies and I've been pleased with everything that I've made so far.
