Moving on from eltroxin to naturethroid

Hi everyone. I made the big jump and finally starting naturethroid tomorrow. I was born without a Thyroid gland and was on eltroxin all my life. I'm switching to it because after the birth of my children, I really started to have very bad hypothyroidism symptoms and the eltroxin didn't do anything. I was on 125mcg and my dr is converting it to 1 grain twice a day of nt. After my research, it seems quite a high doasge to start with. Should I start with 1/2 grain twice daily? Also it worries me that nt seemed to have changed a year or so ago and is not as effective. I've attached my blood results taken from 3 weeks ago. If anyone could give me some guidance that would much appreciated.

Maybe start with 1 grain in the morning and half in the afternoon. I have a thyroid and I take 75 mg one day and 90 mg the other of Armour Thyroid.
