Your TSH is 500? Or should there be a decimal point in there somewhere? Like 5.00? 500 would be very high.

Even so, a TSH of 5 is high, why aren't you treated?

Hashi's could account for feeling cold, and the throat problems. Sweating from your head is probably due to low vit D. Have you had that tested? If not, ask your doctor to test it when you see him tomorrow. He should be treating your hypo, too, with an over-range TSH and high antibodies.

my vit d is 235 he said is ok and vit b12 is 253 he thinks vitamins are ok antibodites i will ask if he will check unfortunally he and most doctors here in cyprus are mostly into nerve pills and antidepressands i been changing a few doctors but still on same boat if i try to tell them about thyroide they say they know best so i am suffering as i dont take the pills of nerves they give me so they say i dont do what they say and give no more attetion

I thought you'd had your antibodies tested, because you said you had Hashi's. If you know you have Hashi's, there's no need to test them again.

Can you give the ranges for your vit D and B12 results, please.

You didn't answer my question about the TSH - is it really 500?

What do you mean by 'nerve pilles'?

normall range b12 [200=900] vit d 20 -180] tsh is 5 0 [40-4.20] t4 131.[9-22.0] t3 3.46 [220-70]

Your vit D is very high - have you been supplementing?

Your B12 is much too low, but I wouldn't expect a doctor to know that, because it's in-range. However, it should be at least over 550.

Your TSH is over-range. Too high.

I think that you forgot the decimal point in the FT4 result. It cannot be 131 when the range ends at 22 - you'd be dead from a heart attack by now, if it were 131. You must put the decimal points, or the numbers are meaningless. And the range for the T3 is really weird. Is that 2.2-7.0? If so, your FT3 is just under mid-range. So, your FT4 must be 13.1. They are not that low, but as you have high antibodies, you should be on thyroid hormone replacement.

I assure you there's no point in retesting your antibodies. If they were over-range, you have Hashi's, and even if the new result were within rang, it wouldn't change anything - you'd still have Hashi's. Antibodies fluctuate all the time, but Hashi's doesn't go away.

Anxiety, depression, low body temperatures are all hypo symptoms. You should be on thyroid hormone replacement. You are hypo/Hashi's, and it's only going to get worse, not better. Starting treatment now can slow down the progression.
