Sorry for any typos but my blurry vision has been back and I found out at PT that it’s nystagmus, so my eyes are moving. It’s still episodic but lately it feels like I get it every day. I went like a month without it happening and my leg strength seemed to be returning so I’m really upset that I’m still dealing with it. And my white blood cells count is still low, although up a little (was 1.6k now 2.3k). My endo dramatically increased my meds (t4 went from 175 to 200 mg, t3 went up to 3x20 mg daily which is more than double what I was taking before). Last TSH was less than .01; t3 was 77 ng/dL (normal range starts at 90); t4 was .68 ng/dL (normal range starts at .70). Any insight would be very helpful, as I’m beginning to go down the Webmd rabbit hole trying to figure it out myself. I have a video of my nystagmus in action if it would be helpful. Thank you!

Have you had a referral to a specialist eye hospital? Nystagmus is not normally associated with thyroid conditions.
Have you had full blood tests recently with vitamins B12, folate, ferritin, vitamin D and calcium tested? If not, then ask for them to be done.
Could you please post your thyroid blood test results will the complete lab range next to them like this, TSH 0.01 (4.5 - 0.05), thank you.
She might want to have magnesium checked as well.
I've read, but I'm no expert, that magnesium test is not a reliable measure. However, its reasonable to supplement without testing as the body will excrete what's not needed, I believe. Not sure if NHS will test magnesium and if paying for it privately, it's probably a waste of money - just a thought.
