We need the ranges to understand the results. Also what medication are you currently taking?
TSH - 0.27-4.2
Free T3 - 3.1 - 6.8
Free thyroxine - 12 - 22
Your tsh is on the high side so what is left of your thyroid is having to work hard to provide enough hormones for you. Your ft4 is 69% through range and Ft3 about 58% through range so not too bad though you might feel better with them higher. If it was me and I had those figures I might be pushing for some levothyroxine. I am not medically qualified. Having said that a small starter dose might make things worse as your thyroid might give up the struggle as a result of the medication. Certainly keep monitoring and keeping a diary of how you feel. Keep monitoring your blood levels too as the your thyroid is having to work hard. Keep a note of all your blood tests. We are all individuals and we need to do what we think our body needs. With the results you have it would likely be difficult to get a gp to understand there is something wrong.
TSH is high but most importantly is how do you feel? What are your symptoms?
So are you undiagnosed? Not taking any medication? I take you have Hypo symptoms which is what has prompted you to get tested? If so it would have been best to get the antibody tests and also vitamin and mineral tests.
