Hi all

I have;

Tgab 124(<115)ku/l

Tsh 2.68 (0.27-4.2) miu/l

Free t3 4.66 (3.1-6.8) Pmol

Free thyroxine (12.8 (12-22) pmol

Not on any meds

Very symptomatic

Hashimoto?

And cholesterol raised ferritin low b12 normal

Doubtful it's Hash's. The TgAB is only slightly raised - would have to be much higher to show Hashi's, because TgAB can be due to a lot of other things. And your TPOab is very low. You can have Hash's without raised antibodies, but you would need an ultrasound to diagnose it.

Your FT4 is very low, and your TSH says your thyroid is struggling to make hormone, but you aren't quite hypo, yet.

Yes, Pernicious Anemia, for one thing. I don't remember the whole list. But, such a slightly raised TgAB is not conclusive for Hashi's. It would need to be a lot higher than that for Hashi's.

How low was ferritin?

Has GP done full iron panel?

What's actual result and range on B12 result

My tsh has been rising for years ; in addition all my other bits and minerals are low and cholesterol raised as per thyroid...so if my thyroid is struggling it could be Hashimoto?

Of course it could, but there's no proof that it is.

Hi coops. Can i ask what your symptoms are? As my results are similar to yours. Except i have positive tpo antibodies.

Vision blurry

Pain in joints

Memory fog

Hungry a lot

Hair loss

Palpitations

Low mood

Anxiety

Hi i have most of them except i was losing weight and don't have blurry vision. No hair loss yet but the texture is awful now. So dry and brittle and breaks a lot. What had your gp said? I have been back and forward to my Dr with no success
