Are you taking anything for eg thyroid hormones, supplements?

Nope.

Yes, your thyroid results are normal and there is nothing out of range with your bone profile.

However, you don't have a full thyroid picture, for this you'd need

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies

Also useful to test are

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

because if these are low or deficient they bring their own symptoms, some of which overlap with symptoms of thyroid disease.

Do you think you might have a thyroid problem, is that why you've tested and are asking?

I’ve replied above.

IBS can be linked to autoimmune thyroid disease

Autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto's is diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies

Low vitamin levels are extremely common

Ask GP to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 or test privately

Always get actual results and ranges

Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random

I’ve had low b12 and folate in the past. But recently had blood tests for them and they were normal.

My vitamin d is 24 which is low.

I just have a sore throat all the time, and bad back pain.

There's no such thing as 'normal', it just means 'in-range'. But, the results have to be in the right place in the range for you to be well. Do you have the exact numbers: results and ranges? :)

Can you give the results and ranges for these normal tests please, normal just means somewhere in range but it's where within range that matter.

Also unit of measurement for B12 result.

What is the unit of measurement for Vit D - nmol/L or ng/ml. If it's nmol/L you are Vit D deficient and GP should provide loading doses, if it's ng/ml then it's low doesn't come under the deficient category. I can point you in the direction of how much D3 to take and the important factors that are needed when taking it.
