I don't know if I am imagining it, but it seems like I am not being bitten as often since I began taking Cytomel. Mosquitoes used to love me. Whenever I was outside around dusk, I could end up covered in bites. I found a discussion on thyroxine and bites here: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Well I've ended up with Lyme disease after testing in Germany .

Been on this forum for years and the worrying thing is so many of my symptoms overlapped with thyroid issues.

I had a thyroidectomy many years ago and so its easy to see why doctors and endocrine presumed this.

Please just be aware , I didn't have a rash so wasn't aware I'd been bitten and have mistaken it for thyroid issues for many years before getting a diagnosis.
