I’m about to order the ultravit well woman test. Do I have to stop my vit b complex, magnesium, multi vit and omega 3 supplements before I do it? Also will it give me a cortisol reading or should I order that separately ? Thanks x

Stop the B Complex for 7 days before testing because of the biotin it contains, Medichecks use biotin in their testing proceure and it gives false results.

Stop the multi-vit, they're useless anyway, and if it contains iron then that should be stopped for a week before if ferritin is included in the test.

Other supplements just take after the blood draw on the day.

Don't bother with a Medichecks cortisol test. If testing adrenals then the best test is one that includes both cortisol and DHEA and is a 24 hour saliva test. Look at Regenerus and Genova Diagnostics
