June bloods taking 1 1/2 TMan

Test at 9.10am

TSH. 1.30. 0.25-4.5

FT3 4.31. 3.1- 6.8

FT4 8.50. 11- 23.00

July bloods taking 1 1/2 TMan and 1 Metavive ll

Test at 10.20am

TSH 0.05

FT3. 4.86

FT4 12.7

No meds for 12 hours before test.

Should I add 1/4 TMan? I am not right yet, my balance is a bit off and hair still shedding. I sometimes fall asleep for a couple of minutes watching TV or while my husband is driving .

My D was tested at 61 in June and I am supplementing it along with B12 which was 395 and Ferritin which was 65.3.

Folate was 20.00.

There's no reason why you shouldn't increase your NDT with a suppressed TSH. Your FT3 is still pretty low. Not even mid-range.

Your TSH is suppressed because you don't need it anymore. :)

What is the range for the vit D? It looks rather low.

No range as such for D. It just states that it is seasonal but should be over 75 at all times. How do I add photo , do you know?

How comes that tsh is low with suboptimal FT4 and ft3 ?

Are you taking t3?

NDT. TMan.

Why add Metavive rather than increase the TMan?

Your Vit D will be 61 nmol/L and the Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol/L and the Vit D Society recommends a level of 100-150nmol/L. It's not that it's "seasonal", we don't need more at a certain time of year than another time of year, but some of us are good at making Vit D naturally from the sun so we may have a better level in the summer than in the winter, so supplementing when necessary to maintain the recommended level is a good idea.

As TMan is no longer made I was hoping to stretch out my supply!

I have been taking 3000 D since I was tested and magnesium spray. Biotin and B12 and K2 and just added Boron. I have recently upped D to 6000.

It will probably be cheaper to change to a different Thai NDT than use Metavive :)

I will finish this pot then just try TMan . I have about 3 years supply at 2 a day. Can start hunting a new one when they are all gone.
