I have just received my first active B12 result which is as follows:

87.900pmol/L (Range 37.5-188)

I would like to know if this is ok or do I need to add a supplement for my thyroid health. I'm taking levothyroxine.

It's over the limit of 70 which Viapath at St Thomas' Hospital says any lower than that suggests testing for B12 deficiency.

I like mine over 100, it was 162 in January. I used to supplement B12 up until September last year but now I just have a small amount in my B Complex.
