Your B12 is high because of supplementing, your B12 store is good for a couple of years apparently.

Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range which is 11.5 with that range, so you're on track there.

vit d 54 mmol/L anything above 50 is adequate = 21.6ng/ml

Adequate isn't optimal.

The Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol/L (50ng/ml) and the Vit D Society recommends a level of 100-150nmol/L (40-60ng/ml).

So you're way short of the recommended level. Are you supplementing?

on spatone due to low ferritin

Spatone doesn't have much elemental iron. How low is your ferritin?

Your GP should be doing a full blood count and iron panel, low ferritin can suggest iron deficiency anaemia which wont be fixed with Spatone. As your ferritin level is below range an iron infusion would be a good idea.

To reach the recommended level from your current level, the Vit D Council suggests supplementing with 3,700iu D3 daily (nearest is 4,000iu)

Don't forget magnesium is an important cofactor of D3, it's required to convert Vit D into it's active form. So it's important we ensure we take magnesium when supplementing with D3

Do you have your FT3 FT4 TSH values ? Did you have any inflammations going on at the time the BW was done ? Did your Dr take liver enzymes values ? You might want to ask your Dr about it .

Best Wishes .
