Think you are not in the UK?

Is that correct?

Do you have high thyroid antibodies?

Your TSH is too high,

Can you add the ranges on FT3 and FT4 results

How low was vitamin D and how much vitamin D has been prescribed?

B12 are you getting B12 injections?

Also recommended to take a good quality daily vitamin B complex when getting B12 injections

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

TSH is likely to rise when low B12 and low vitamin D are improved

Did you get iron and ferritin levels tested? These are often low too

Make sure to get next blood test as early as possible in morning and fasting to get highest TSH result

Once vitamin D and B12 are improved to optimal you may find TSH rises so you can start Levothyroxine

Otherwise you will need to find different endocrinologist to get treated
