What Daily vitamins and doses are we all on? I appreciate that this is probably unique and per person, but in general I’d imagine we should all be taking roughly the same vitamins a day for Hashimotoes? I’ve done the vitamin blood test and the only thing I was low on was Vit D. I still take Selenium, Vitamin B1, Magnesium and Vit D daily as from what I can gather, these are good for Hashimotoes sufferers. Is there anything that I might be missing that others generally take?

No, that's not how it works. We need to test and supplement if necessary at the correct dose. So test
Vt D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
General helpful supplements for hypo patients are Vit C and B Complex (helps adrenals). It's important to know folate level so that you can choose a B Complex that has an appropriate amount of melthylfolate.

Selenium is said to help reduce antibodies, but 200mcg daily is the recommended amount. I don't know about taking a separate B1. Magnesium is a cofactor of Vit D (as is Vit K2-MK7) but you have to careful about taking Vit D. It's a fat soluble vitamin and any excess gets stored and can lead to toxicity, therefore it's essential to know your level and supplement at the appropriate dose and retest twice a year to ensure you stay within the recommended range, adjusting dose if necessary.
