Supplements/Alternative medicines to take?

Hi everyone,

I'm 22 years old and recently been diagonosed with Grave's Disease; I'm currently taking 10mg of carbimazole and 40mg of propranol. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can take with my dosage such as multivitamins, any singular vitamins, curcumin, zinc, selenium or alternatives like lemon balm, bugleweed etc. Does anyone have any advice on what they take so as to not interfere with my dosage? Thanks so much!

We would always recommend testing vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 before starting on any of these supplements
