Help with NDT dosage

Hi all!

I’m wondering, should I increase my dose? A little background:

I had a TT for papillary cancer and 50 mci RAI in 2014, at 22 years old.

I had quite a few health troubles since then, and have managed to feel a lot better by taking 1 grain NDT and 50 mcg of synthroid every morning, and 1/2 grain NDT every afternoon. I’ve been on this dose for about 9 months, and now am feeling poorly again (fatigue, reflux, dryness, depression). I’m wondering if I should continue upping my NDT, or maybe eliminate the synthroid altogether? (I’m a small fry at 120 lbs, so I worry about overdoing it with the T3).

It’s also possible that I’m low in some key vitamins & minerals (D, B’s, Iron, Magnesium), as I’ve been lax about taking them since feeling better.

What do you guys think? Would love the benefit of your wisdom.

Vitamins/minerals have to be optimum so you should have them checked. In the meantime maybe this link will help.

I'm curious about the dryness, I'm dealing with that and reflux too. Have you had any labs done recently?
