Flue like feeling Hashimoto

Hello , I've been experiencing first discomfort on the groin area, it went away, now I feel flue symptoms and I was taking antibiotics for a UTI. I had blood test done from 125 mcg Synthroid to 137, Vitamin D was low I'm taking once a week 50.000 unit, and here are the resolt:
