I started nature throid about a year ago. Two months ago they switched me to wp thyroid, because nature throid is hard to get. I did blood work and after 6 months my tsh came back .46 it started at 4.2. Is this okay to go this low. I am taking a grain, but still feeling tired. Its weird.
Thyroid down to .46 after 4.2 does this happen ... - Thyroid UK
Thyroid down to .46 after 4.2 does this happen with hypothyroidism ? Or hasitmotos
Also my white blood cell count was down to 3.2 and cholesterol was still a little higher at 213. I thought these things would improve?

Just testing TSH is not enough, it doesn't tell you your hormone levels - FT4 and FT3 - which are essential to know as you are taking NDT, FT3 being the most important when taking T3 in any form (in NDT or synthetic T3). I really don't understand how any doctor who's prescribing NDT can't know this.
Taking T3 in any form tends to lower, even suppress TSH, so your result is no surprise.
You will only know from testing FT4 and FT3 whether you are adequately dosed with NDT. 1 grain is a small dose and it sounds like you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism, high cholesterol being one of them.
Ask for FT4 and FT3 to be tested and post the results when you get them, and please include reference ranges for all tests as they vary from lab to lab.
That's not low. That's "normal".
