Looking for some help understanding my latest blood results. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a prolacintoma that has now been medically treated and mri is clear and dostinex ceased. I still am lactating and feeling very under the weather. Also this year I have been diagnosed with aquagenic utaracia and get hives also from many foods. I struggle with low blood pressure and energy levels all round.
Im being told im healthy and everything is ok although I still don't have my periods back and struggle to eat. Age 29, My average weight used to be 56kgs now 45kgs.

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Your vitamin D is below range - are you now being prescribed vitamin D supplements?
your B12 is also below range. You need full testing for Pernicious Anaemia before starting on B12 injections or daily supplements
Folate and ferritin must be tested
High thyroid antibodies is autoimmune thyroid disease, also called Hashimoto's. This can cause hyper prolactin
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
If you are in the UK
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
Sorry I didn't add them as they are in range and wasn't sure if they are relevant. No I'm not currently taking anything as I'm being told my results are perfect. I also live in spain so not sure how my vitamin d can be low I sit in the sun quite a bit. Thank you so much for your help. It's all so confusing.
