I have been on antidepressants for 25yrs, so also have been counter-acting raised prolactin levels with Dostinex. My AMH was 1.88ng/ml in August 2023, so likely to be much lower now. I realise ivf at 43 is pretty unlikely to work, but really want to give it one last try. Thank you everyone!

I'll get a referral to an endo now and get back on Dostinex (which I hate because it gives me a drowsy unable-to-function effect). I wanted to just double check with the knopwledge experts here that the bloods are indeed OK from a thyroid perspective before I move on.... 🤞🤞🤞Thanks so much!

Thanks to a comment by Tall_Allen I've been doing some research on Cabergoline (trade name: dostinex). Here is a one-off case: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6578577/ I can find no clinical trails in the USA involving this drug.

My gynecologist feels it’s no issue as it can be regulated with dostinex just given today. Also, fibroid of 3cm was seen and I was told it posed no problem yet I am still bleeding. Today is day 16.

Looking for some help understanding my latest blood results. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a prolacintoma that has now been medically treated and mri is clear and dostinex ceased. I still am lactating and feeling very under the weather.

And one small tablet a day (dostinex). I was told to expect a bleed in 1-2 weeks but this seems to have started yesterday at 5 days past egg collection, is this normal?? X

For treatment I was given Dostinex (cabergoline). Suddenly my rls improved a lot. About 3 year's ago I was taken off Dostinex and guess what, my RLS returned with a vengeance. Dr started me on Sifrol but after 18 months I got augmentation, RLS is so bad it ruled my life completely.

Any guys getting this obviously useful steroid for PD?

think the guys who have had success with Lupron therapy remaining effective for years are worth examining...what is the common denominator...so far I have talked to 53 long term Lupron survivors and the following protocol keeps coming up as a common denominator.....Lupron, Avodart, Metformin, Arimidex, Dostinex

Before,I had everyday headache and my period could be regular only with dostinex. Now no headache and my period is regular. Someone have something similar to me?
