Going Back On Naturethroid

Hello all. I was taking Naturethroid for Hashimoto's and feeling great once I achieved the right dose. Once the back order started, I switched back to synthroid, which was not as good. I'm going back on Naturethroid after about 7 weeks but am wondering if I can just resume the dose I had been on ( for about two years) or if I should gradually raise it again. I'm worried about taking all that T3 at once. My doctor thinks I'll be ok but I'm skeptical.

Just resume your dose but you can also take notice of your symptoms if they differ from what you feel now. If your pulse rises or temp, you can reduce dose slightly.

I am not medically qualified and have hypothyroidism. Maybe the following will be helpful:-

Thanks for the input. I was thinking the same.

Also, if my pulse rises a bit that will be good because it dipped about 10 points since switching to the synthroid, which is one of the reasons I'm going back to Naturethroid.
