I have hypothyroidism and take my temperature regularly. My t4 and tsh are within range, but I have recently started t3 due to still not feeling great. My temperature is always below 36 and today is 34.3. Should I be concerned?

Are you likely to be menstruating? Otherwise, I have seen studies that this is due to Reverse T3 but I can't see the relationship with taking T3, T4 yes. Who knows about Reverse T3, does it exist?
Chack iodine level. To be sure everything is well. 24 hours urine iyodine level test is only good method.
