NP Thyroid

Just wondering of anyone elses experiences with this? I have been taking 1 & 1/4 grains first thing (not quite ready for 1 & 1/2), I notice that within an hour of taking it I feel completely shattered and my ankles and feet are excruciating! I have only been on this for 10 days and not due for a blood draw for at least another 7 weeks ... I notice my adrenals take a bit of a battering. Could I split the dosage during the day when I feel my cortisol levels drop slightly in the afternoon? I got my results for full iron as follows:

B12 1027 (range 180.00 - 1100pg/mL)

Folate 18.4 (range 3.00 13.00ng/mL)

Serum Iron 19 (range 14.00 - 30.00umol/L)

Sat iron binding capac 32 (range 15.00 - 56.00%)

Serum TIBC 59 (45 - 80.00micromol/L

I am still taking iron tablets ferrous furmate 210mg x2 per day

Thanks, I'm still trying to find correct dose! Currently trying 1 1/2 grain at 6am and then1/4 grain noon. Still have afternoon slump, and my cortisol levels are elevated during the day apparently!

i am having painful ankle plantar facistis on one foot as well oddly with the nature throid...thought it was that so trying NP instead. I was also having other hypo symtoms with nature throid with the new changes...feeling hyper one moment and hypo the next but blood test good. I found out recently b12 too high can lower potassium which can effect muscles so I keep potassium around 4.1 drinking low sodium v8 and coconut water ,my b12 around 750. and d3 around 50-60 bec it can cause muscle aches if lower yet I have found a lot of people on the new nature throid said plantar facitis problems when you first stand up a big problem...., In the past raising my dose made that go away...but I was thinking it was actually the new nature throid….or I have also heard that armour bought out the pig thyroid supply to other mfg have had to go elsewhere or pay higher prices which is why their prices rose and I hope they are using good pig thyroid...one new company in florida usa was just shut down bec they bought their pig thyroid from china and said it was not regulated but I cant remember the name of their thyroid...started with a W I think and only been on the market a few years.
