Temperature

following advice on taking temperature, I’ve read Dr Rinds information (again!) and have started to to take temp 3 x per day with approximately 3 hour intervals.

I’ve not yet plotted the graph but my temperature seems to be quite steady at between 35 and 35.6

I’m hoping this is an ok indication of the way my body is working !

Interestingly, they mention a drop in body temperature as we get older
