With a thyroid disorder it is very common to lack energy and motivation, and it is all too easy to become overwhelmed by every-increasing piles of paperwork, clothes and "stuff". Perhaps all the things that need doing in your garden are getting on top of you, or it may be that you are selling your house and need it to look as spacious, organised and appealing as possible.
Do come along for a coffee from 7 pm and to ask Elaine any questions you may have!
We will be sitting at tables by the partition wall with the store side of the café, i.e. not the windows side.
