Daughters both have benign cysts on thyroid

Hi folks can anyone help in what direction we can go. Set off twins both have benign cysts on thyroid they used to slender now no diet helps. The youngest after numerous blood tests every 4 mths was referred to ENT scan done and she was referred on to a thyroid consultant who want bloods in 6maths time! Said he would try a small dose off thyroid drug but not yet!!! This has been going on for years! Can anyone advise us

Iv read that very high eostrogen levels can cause thyroid nodules. Look into the seed rotation diet. Sadly I learnt all this too late, they removed my precious thyroid and now I’m forever in horrible thyroid meds, that are a nightmare. Good luck!
