Hi this is my first post. I've been on T3/T4 combo therapy with my endocrinologist for 3 years and have recently (like many others) been told the NHS are withdrawing this. I managed to get a private prescription for T3 but my pharmacy is requesting £400+ for my usual T3 tablets! Can anyone PM me good tried and tested T3 suppliers please? Would help me so much!

T3 Private Prescription Help
I have just replied to another post about T3 being withdrawn, I will copy my reply here:
If you have done well on T3 and show a clinical need, it should not be stopped. You should be referred to an endocrinologist - NHS not private - before your T3 is removed. Your endo may say that you should stay on it.
SlowDragon has links and information about this, at the moment this is the only link I can find but hopefully she will be along with other information to help

If you want to go ahead with your private prescription, ThyroidUK has an article on their website about where to get it dispensed in Germany for around 31 euros for 100 tablets (it must be written correctly) here:
thyroiduk.org/tuk/treatment...
It has to say
Liothyronine
20mcg
100 tablets

Hi there, I was on thyroid monotherapy with Levothyroxine for 9 years with my TSH pretty high the whole time and felt awful. In 2015 I managed to persuade my GP to refer me to an endocrinologist who I have been under the care of since. I've been on 15mcg of Liothyronine (10mcg in morning, 5mcg in evening) as well as 125mcg Levothyroxine combo-therapy for 3 years until I was told in December the NHS will no long prescribe this to me. My endocrinologist was very sympathetic and managed to help me persuade my GP to write a private prescription for Liothyronine. I now have the private prescription but am faced with ridiculously high prices for Liothyronine when I enquire at pharmacies. Pharmacy2u originally quoted me £8ish for 28 tablets but have now informed me this was an error and it's actually about £350 for 28.
I could really do with some help in sourcing Liothyronine. I stress that I DO have a private prescription, I just need to know where to buy from. I would prefer to buy via a UK source but any help would be appreciated as I really can't face becoming thyroid ill again!
