Hrt patch

Hope someone can advise. Im new to hrt and started taking elleste duet 1mg. I feel great but my scalp is itching like crazy and there is a lot of hair fall.

As im taking the estrogen pill im surprised its doing this to scalp.

Also imported bio identical hormone replacement but again the estrogen makes my scalp unbearable and hair falls out.

I was wondering if a combination patch would stop this side effect. Im really to hear which hrt's aren't testosterone based.
