There should be no problem with that. However, make sure that D3 is taken with dietary fat (fattiest meal of the day, full fat yogurt, etc). Also when taking D3 it's essential to take it's important cofactors, particularly Vit K2-MK7 and magnesium

D3 and magnesium must be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds.

B12 and folate should be taken 2 hours away from thyroid meds, and no later than lunchtime as they can be stimulating and if taken later in the day can disturb your sleep.

Do I need to stop any before having bloods done?

Don't take them on the day until after the blood test.

No point in testing B12 really as you wont get a baseline, but it would indicate whether you are taking an adequate amount or too much.

Biotin (B7) is the one you stop 3-5 days before any blood test.

When you finish bottle of folic acid, you might be better getting vitamin B complex next. One with folate in not folic acid

Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two). Or Jarrow B-right

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Best to start one supplement at a time, waiting at least ten days to assess before adding another

Perhaps start with vitamin D, then B12, then folic acid

Getting full Thyroid testing of a TSH, FT4 and FT3, 6-8 weeks after adding last vitamin supplement. Test as early as possible in morning and fasting and no Levo in 24 hours prior test

Come back with new post once you get results and ranges
