"Primolut n" is a Progestogen.

From medicines.org.uk/emc/produc...

"4.5 Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

Other forms of interaction:

The use of progestogens may influence the results of certain laboratory tests (e.g. tests for hepatic function, thyroid function and coagulation)."

I think your answer lies there :)

ok this means that I got my thyroid level raised because of "primolut n" ?

I can't say for certain, but it's possible considering that it says progestogens may influcence the results of thyroid function tests. So it's a possibility but maybe your doctor should rule out other reasons.

Not necessarily. I read it that it may influence test results, not that it influences hormone levels ie in the same way that biotin can skew results.
