Had the Thyroid scan which showed up multiple nodules they compared it to the last scan which was done years ago and told me it had to be followed up as I have more this time, another scan in 6 months time in the meantime back to docs tomorrow in hope I get referred to Endo I also have very high antibodies.
Wondering what will happen next what will be the treatment for this.

There is no actual treatment for nodules. Most people have them, even if they don't have a thyroid problem. And they're not a problem unless they get too large.
If you have high antibodies - TPO antibodies, I imagine? - it means you have the autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. There is no treatment for that, either - although it could be the reason for your multiple nodules. All an endo - or a GP - can do is treat the resultant hypothyroidism. Have you had your hormone levels tested - TSH, FT4 and FT3? They will tell you if you are hypo.
