Body temp when on optimal doses of NDT?

Can anyone please tell me which body temp (am, pm) to aim for when on optimal doses of NDT? I understand body temp is one of the most important criteria to go by when on NDT.

I was told 36.9 am and 37.0 pm but I don't do a pm one and I don't split my dose! I tried splitting but then forgot the afternoon dose so tried taking all in the morning but no probs but I am on a low dose 1.75.

OK, thanks! I am currently not multi dosing either as it seems pretty inconvenient. I read that in a healthy person the TSH peaks around 4 am so that the bulk of thyroid hormone is released from the thyroid gland somewhere between 5 and 6 am - which is when it's best to take thyroid hormone replacement. Makes sense to me.
